Sometimes life hits without warning.
A loss. A family situation. Or just a long season that wears you down little by little. There are storms you just don’t see coming. Decisions get harder. The margin you thought you had disappears. And all the while, the world around you doesn’t stop.

At Silver Lining, we partner with people in the middle of those moments.
We listen, help make sense of what’s happening, and focus on what matters most. We don’t assume there is a simple answer to complex situations. Our goal is to help you understand the moment you are in, sometimes to move forward and sometimes just to pause long enough to breathe.

COACHING
When you need something to change but it’s unclear what to do next, coaching provides insight and structure that can help you get there. We aren’t interested in telling you what to do. We hope to provide direction and help break down moments that feel unmanageable. When we are able to step back and see the whole picture, we are able to navigate complex decisions and take ground.

COACHING
CONNECTION
When we face unexpected situations, it is tempting to isolate ourselves. It makes sense because it is often when we feel most vulnerable. At Silver Lining, we want to interrupt that pattern and reconnect you to people, resources and communities that you can trust.

CONNECTION
CARE
When life is heavy, things can seem murky. Care begins by slowing things down and providing the space you need to get some perspective and clarity. Silver Lining is a consistent, steady partner during seasons of grief, transition, or emotional overload. We want to help you feel grounded, heard and less alone.

Brain fog is such a real thing when you're working through grief. Between that and all of the decisions I had to make after my husband's sudden death, I became very overwhelmed. One of the ways that Nat, at Silver Lining, alleviated some of that stress was to help me navigate through insurance claims. Nat listened to my concerns and requests with patience and compassion. He clearly communicated with my insurance on my behalf and was a second set of ears during a time when things were confusing. I am forever grateful for the guidance, direction, and friendship he lent me during that difficult time.

Reach out and start a conversation.
When you’re in the storm, it’s easy to believe you’re alone. But the truth is, we weren’t meant to carry these moments by ourselves. We know reaching out can feel impossible but it’s often what opens a way through. You don’t have to go it alone.
