We believe people were made to live connected.

Connected to one another.
Connected to communities.
People we care for and that care for us.

Generosity that prevents us from falling apart.

Presence that keeps us from giving up.

Guidance that helps us find our way.

It’s how we make space for one another.

We show up, help out and we keep going.

Together.

About Nat Bodmer

Nat Bodmer is a coach, consultant, and pastor with more than two decades of experience helping individuals, leaders, and organizations move forward with clarity, courage, and purpose. His work sits at the intersection of pastoral care, leadership development, and operational excellence—bridging the emotional and the strategic in a way that is both grounded and practical.

Nat has served as a pastor for over 20 years and has led teams and operations across a wide range of environments, individuals, ministry organizations, and corporate settings. His leadership experience also includes time with Chick-fil-A, where he helped develop systems, teams, and leaders focused on excellence and care.

At the core of Nat’s work is a desire to bring glory to God, and serve others well. He has been married for 25 years and is the father of four children. Originally from northwest Montana, Nat has a deep love for the outdoors and finds joy playing basketball, sitting around a fire, and having meaningful conversation.

"Nat helped me unravel what was principle and what was preference, while keeping a strong focus on my “WHY.” I own a small business with several family members in key roles. Navigating the “family business” was much more challenging than I anticipated, and at times I was almost certain we couldn’t continue together. We’re still on this journey but we’ve gone from near certainty we wouldn’t make it to real growth in all areas. His counsel has at times been the glue that held us together."

Reach out and start a conversation.

When you’re in the storm, it’s easy to believe you’re alone. But the truth is, we weren’t meant to carry these moments by ourselves. We know reaching out can feel impossible but it’s often what opens a way through. You don’t have to go it alone.
